Electrostatic oiler is the use of electrostatic adsorption principle of electrostatic antirust oil air mist evenly absorbed on the strip surface, thereby replacing the roller oiling inhomogeneity of a new technique.

The high voltage generator is connected with the output end of the serrated electrode, high voltage generator for generating an output for the negative DC high voltage called the corona, when the corona and the serrated electrode is produced when tip discharge, atomized oil mist encounter corona field negative ion to the oil mist is negatively charged, strip anode and the high voltage generator is connected with the ground, therefore the negative charge of the oil mist under the action of electric field force, fly and is adsorbed onto the strip surface, thereby obtaining a uniform antirust coating.
